I improved the ping

but remember the ping has to see with the location of your ISP

Are you going to fix this or waiting for all players who got that problem to quit this game?

I think they should buy some new servers. Every afternoon the pings keep rising...

It is awesome that more and more UK players invade the Alpha server because they know that they will get better pings there...

Same problem, I'm from Croatia and that's one of the countries that are supposed to play on Crossfire Europe (after CFEU came out i can't make new accounts here but i can play with one i had), however i want to play here since my main account is here. Before 2 weeks my ping ranged from 50-80 however these days im lucky if i get 100, its usually around 120-180 on Uk4 server (only server i play, also no i don't have any addware, spyware, torrent or anything that could cause my ping to increase). So i have question since our ISP's clearly can't be at fault here, did Z8games did this on purpose and if they did, will this mean that this huge ping is going to be perm for all players out of Crossfire US server zone (if its bug then when will it get fixed)? I wanna know to save my self time and nerves of this lagg torture and to switch to CFEU. Thank you.

The problem seems to be that the servers are overloaded at certain day times. That increases the pings.

The strange thing is that not all players from the same region are affected. I've heard of German/Turks/Italians/Croatians who notice the ping differences and some who don't. However it is very unlikely that a few thousands of players got the same ping variations at the same time so it must have something to do with the CF servers.

I mean I pay 50€ per month for my connection get a ping lower than 30 to most European games/servers but in Crossfire it says 130ms?

Yeah but when i play around 2 am when there's like 1/3, 1/4 of the Uk4 server capacity my ping is still 100-110, when I'm playing around 3 pm when server is at full capacity i get 160-180. So yes i do get "chocked server" ping increase but still, before id get max ping about 70-80. Id really love if someone of Z8Games staff would simply say :"yes its bug were working on" or anything. I hate being left out in the dark more then anything.
Ugh but yesterday's mission was masochism to do with ping 170, you shot 9 bullets into player's chest and do only 87 dmg since only 2-3 shots were actually registered.
But still I'm just an average player and I'm not in clan or anything so i don't mind dropping out few weeks until it gets fixed, but i can't imagine how good players feel when they're crippled by enormous ping...

Agree and sign, just, i am from Bosnia and ping went from 48 to 148 or more and its actually better on delta 130 so wth?

Same. A few days ago, my ping was about 50. Now 150.

wiosh people would stop telling us what to do its not our side thats causing lagg -_- ive used smart close restart turned off firewall reset modem and countless thing its obviosly something going wrong on the server side of things. so stop telling us what we should do and wasting time ( unless your a mod or fixed this problem recently yourself )

but hey 50 is playable atleast i reg now xD
im from uk and close to uk servers i should have epic ping not 50 but welldone on almost fixing it
