Gameguard is bad :/

So I was joining a GM game as BL and gameguard pops up saying "Speed hack detected." and game crashes. Problem is I'm 100% legit and I kept getting this problem a few times, seems to have stopped.

Any idea why this happend?

Same thing was happening to my friend, so he came to conclusion that he is maybe bhopping too fast.
Is this possible?

Well I can bhop at running speed but I highly doubt that has anything to do with it. If it does then GG is worse than I thought.
