Opinions on gun stealing?
Although it's not as bad anymore, I used to get called a noob everytime I picked up someone else gun that wasn't an m16. I'm curious to know how you guys feel about gun stealing.
Personally, I don't really mind, cause I also wanted to try out different things when I was just starting to play

By gun "stealing" I assume you mean taking the gun that I left next to my corpse... which I don't care, it doesn't hurt my guns durability, and oh yeah, I'm dead and not using it.
The thing I do consider gun "stealing" is when you go to trade guns with someone (usually at the start of the match) and someone else runs by and picks up the guns people were trying to trade. That kinda irks me. -
No such thing as gun stealing. If they are dead they obviously cant use it, people QQ at me for gun stealing sometimes too when the only reason I'll take someones gun is if I'm running low on ammo... If someone QQs you for gun stealing just remind them that they dont even actually own the gun, Z8 does lol, they are just given the right to use it for the time being.

This, sometimes makes me so mad that I start a kick vote against the stealer.Just funny when I trade my winchester to a friend and a noob gets it and dies because u can't spray with it. -
Lol, there's no such thing as "gun stealing" becuz the guys are already dead...unless they were trading guns and u stole gun from em then that's a different story
Gun stealing is when your trying to trade guns with a teammate and another teammate drops his m16 and picks up your gun and runs away.. that's gun stealing. -
For me, I hate gun thieves, as I don't steal guns myself. Here is a list of all my perm Crate/coupon/BP guns

My logic behind gun stealing is: if u did not work for my guns, u don't have the right to steal my guns. U didn't get me 1 coupon to exchange coupon guns, u didn't pay for me crates, u didn't get 1 ribbon for me. Then why the f*ck do u think u can use my guns? Plus the meaning of stealing (anything) is taking things from another without permission. Sure I will give u my gun if u ask, NOT EXPECTING ME TO TRADE WITH UR CRAPPY GUNS! -

I did this, cept I used I dropped my AK Gold for his M4. The AK had no more Ammo left inside and he tried to team nade me lol. -

In my 2nd definition of gun "stealing" in my 1st post in this thread, is the only thing that ****es me off because I don't want to use an m16, or some such other relatively terrible gun for GM, for one of my guns.
If I'm dead, as in my 1st definition in my 1st post, I couldn't care less about that.
EDIT: I suppose I'm just trying to clarify the actual definition of "stealing" for this game. -

I'm only talking about the people who QQ someone for taking their gun after they are dead, yes I agree it can get annoying if your trying to swap guns but its avoidable by just going to the other side of the map before swapping... -

Yeah I think if you're dead its ridiculous to cry about someone grabbing your gun...
I still get a tail though sometimes (people who consistently follow me hoping I drop my gun or die, and usually are loud as all heck) that I can't get away from... which is annoying as well. -
I'd like to add that I find it quite humorous when a novice doesn't know how to drop and pick up a gun and gets killed while standing there as he's trying to figure out how to do it.
I find it more hilarious when a noob who is tailing me, and I die, drop their gun to get mine and they die to the guy who just killed me because they were so single minded on getting my gun. -

Drop M4/AK/AWM Gold in tdm on alpha server and see what happens lol -
Dont mind it at all , unless they use it cuz they ran out of ammo with their wallhack , then there will be blood
First you need some guns worth stealing.
OT I don't mind at all.People often pick up my patriot or m14ebr. If it gives people an opportunity to try otherwise out of reach guns then why not. At the end of the game they have only memories you still have the gun in storage
