Yeah, it's free too. Also, even if public servers for TS3 or vent are free to use, they're often crowded, and I don't recommend them.
X-fire is simple to use, light and entirely free. Choosing between these 2 is up to your preferences.

comparing xfire and raidcall for clan wars..

i would choose raidcall.. Raidcall is server-sided while xfire is not. There could be like 20 people and raid call and you probably would not lag since everyone is connected to the server and not each individual person.. Unlike xfire, xfire i believe is a person-to-person connection, which means that you have to connect to each person in the room. Xfire is just like a simple chat room. The more people in the chat room the more connections..

BUT if you have a good internet connection or good computer.. it doesnt matter which one you use... But that doesnt meant every1 in your clan is going to have a good internet connection/good computer as well..
