Fps Problems

So recently after this last patch about mid game my fps drops to around 35, i usually get 80 then it randomly drops. its really annoying and i tried changing my settings. can someone help?

not only you but i get the same problem, and mine is worst it goes down to 8. a way to help is to go to youtube and try to boost your FPS:

VIDEO 2: (sorry can't find it but it is about going to CMD and typing in "ping -t www.google.com")(do that two while both CMD is running should bring both the ping and the FPS to the usual rate)
