Ok, so after the HMX patch, I've incounter only 1 hacker, and got only 2 errors. Way better than normal
To those ppl that normally complain or rage at z8, take this time and +1 this thread, cuz z8 is awesome

Saw someone walling today. They're going to come back, especially since he's spamming where he got them.

Also, Z8 didn't do much. Say thanks to the Dev's that don't read this forum.

That didn't make any sense...

And no, the devs DON'T read this forum, the more people ***** at Z8 the more certain issues are pushed to the front of their minds so when ever they have a meeting with their Devs (where ever they are) they tell them what's going on.

Either that or they read their native forums and they happened to be having the same problems... <---

It doesnt matter what z8 did or didnt do,
the Fact is the hacking, erroring, and game freezing has been reduced.
This wasnt meant for trolling please dont start.

Nah...it's just a patch. Every time the game get's a patch, as a security measure the address locations of certain things (such as damage, player location monitoring by DirectX, etc.) get shuffled up (may actually be a reason for some of our bugs popping up every other patch...) so they can't be found easily by hackers...

The problem with THAT is that hackers already know every stupidly simple trick that XTrap and NeoWiz is going to try and usually find the addresses within a week...

...and from that point they typically get a good 2-3 months worth of freedom.

I'll give the peace a good week before you start seeing 5-10+ hackers per day.

I was actually surprised last night.... I joined an egypt game for the lulz but as soon as I spawned I was pushed straight out the map and fell down and died..... No client error tho o.O

I do have to applaud z8/g4box/smilegate whoever for reducing the hacks to near zero such a dramatic decrease has never been seen with an xtrap patch. Can't you get rid of xtrap and with the money saved do these patches every week?

This quite nails it. + thanks to Xtrap too.
Even tho' its weird that the real patches of hacks always come along with the mayor patch even tho' we get told that Xtrap patches like once a weeks or something like that.

wallers have almost gone but loads of crouch speeders around, and they seem really hard to kill as well
