why?

You should do some research, there's already a thread about it here,

Anyway, here's my reply:And yes, no knockback is there on purpose because humans have huge advantage with power boost but also because the way the mode work, it's not for humans to win that easily just by camping. But to determine the commandos. That's why Xeno is overpowered that much.
This mode is fairly balanced and don't need any changes to it. -
That is not TRUE. IN FACT, MUTANTS STILL GET STUNNED!!!!

You see, they are only not stunned when the XENO MUTANT IS NOT DEAD.
Xeno mutant: Creates a shield of invulnerablity for Mutants but still get hurt xD
Commando: Activated after a certain number of ppl get mutated (counter shown at the bottom of your screen) He is the only person that can kill Xeno mutant.
Possible strategies: One way to conquer as Human is to have 2 commandos and 2 normal humans so that the commandos take out the xeno mutant and the stuns will apply to all the mutants. Depending on what map of course, you go hide and shoot at mutants. ENJOY! -
I just forgot to mention that yes, there's no knockback, however, there's still a resistance force when we shoot them, but they'll NEVER go back. In fact, when they don't move, we could shoot anything on them, they will never move (unless they move by themselves of course).
Btw, anybody can kill Xeno. He's just a mutant like any others, except he can be bulletproof for 2-3 secs, have long range attacks, can remove mutation jacket and infect someone one shoot and can exterminate commandos with 1-2 shots easily, in shorts, overpowered as hell, but it balances the mode, so, it's alright.
Mutants are only vulnerable to melee attacks, even Xeno. Whenever I see Xeno flashing, I go kill him with my shovel before someone shoots him so if we become Commandos, we're less xenophobic and just need to deal with normal mutants. Because when we become commandos, Xeno should always be our priority. -

Yes thats all true, but you can kill mutants and xenos (meaning they will not respawn again), but ONLY commandos exterminate mutants and the xeno. You see why they use that word now? :P Thats not how commandos work btw, you become a commando when a certain number of ppl are mutated (shown at the bottom screen as a counter) it doesn't matter if you kill a number of mutants or xenos. -
Look, I know how it works, I was playing this mode on CF China when it cames out on august 2011. I never said it's by killing mutants and/or Xeno we become Commandos. 2 hosts mutants, 1 Xeno, 10 players getting infected (11~13 if they don't press E), 3 commandos, 16 players.
And yet, you don't understand that NOT only Commandos kill mutants permanently. Any soldiers can, WITH ANY MELEE. It shouldn't be hard to understand. And I don't see where they use the word exterminate except in the trailer. -
Nope your wrong, go get a group of at least 6 friends tell the xeno mutant to stand still and knife at him. Come back the next day, go try it!
Soldiers can't exterminate mutants whether xeno or not.
I'll even send you a replay once im avaliable after work. -
Alright, let's see what kind of excuses you'll find this time, time for you guys to scroll down:

Notice it always tells they've been killed by a melee attack and also there's a different killmark. Now these 3 screenshots from the same round where I kill 2 mutants then we clearly see they aren't going to respawn:
Are you still gonna tell me they were the last? -
