problem with depositing ZP

Hi,

When I go to click on an amount of ZP to purchase, I get this message:

This transaction has been denied.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations.

All I've done is selected an amount of ZP to purchase. I've tried selecting different amounts. What is the problem? I've purchased ZP with this account before. I've tried to contact Z8 games TWICE, and both times my web form went straight to "closed". It took about 4 days for each of them before they were closed. This is really frustrating, I just want to buy some ZP. Paying with PayPal does the same thing.

Has anyone else had this problem? What should I do?

Email support@buddieshops.com with your username, ip, and the last four digits of your card.

Well okay, but can you tell me for what purpose first? Is this a common problem or something?

Buddieshops is the vendor that provides G4box with payment processing. They handle credit card transactions and they are the one making the security restrictions. I had this problem before and they resolved it.
