Keep getting this error once i start crossfire..Don't know what it is or how to solve it, anyone?

ok so i get the game working but if i re-log i would get the 2007error? Ive already tried the clean install and same problem .

@Philly bear: is their any other place i can retrieve both files, seems like mega-upload is blocked now.

just tried and my comp gets and error while dl smartclose.(smartclose has encountered an error and needs to close, sorry for the inconvenience)

nm got smartclose, but it still didnt work. I am getting a File is changed: ltmsg.dll now..

The link wasn't mine, so I'm not exactly sure which files were on it, only that it worked for some people

i have updated every file now it goes back to the abnormal problem... I think my computer is the problem?

I also happened that when you start the game announcement appeared W [ ***x] was always a missing file in the main crossfire.exe installation directory c: \ Program Files \ Z8Games \ CrossFire \. To start the game just copy the file back into this directory . After each patch is necessary to back up your current file crossfire.exe !

Fastest and easiest way to solve this, uninstall, and then reinstall if you still have the setup downloaded.

OK well i scanned and cleaned my whole comp, also uninstalled and re-installed cf. Works as of now, we will see tomorrow.

firefox.exe
alg.exe
wuaudt.exe (wuaudt.exe : it's virus, please delete it with your antivirus)
smax4pnp.exe
mbamservice.exe
jqs.exe
reader_sl

Please Scan your Pc , Download this

Cshell.exe Click here to download, lastest patch 2012

whenever you try to patch the game, try it in SAFEMODE

Ok i have that one, cleaned the comp and re down-loaded cf. Played a couple games then the abnormal error came right back..? IS their any way i can contact you easier than this forum like vent,mumble, fb..or something?

Um, it says error [2007] [001] then there should say a file like bugtrap.dll or somethibg

1) if the xtrap comes out then do a clean reinstall
2) if the [2007] [001] error with a files like bugtrap. Dll or cshell. Dll then you need to go and download it. Sorry i cant find the download link but if you come to my vent at 8-10 atlantic time i can send you the file. You just need to replace it.
3) i trust you dont hack but the xtrap error shows up might mean that an old hack is still activated or is still installed(only if the people who hack)

Yea Ive tried clean install, still nothing. The errors, I already replace every file. Then back to square one, abnormal error.
