Kill feed messed up

After the patch, my kill feed has been missing some things. I'm talking about the thing in the top right corner when you kill people and it shows up there. For some reason, I don't see the images of wall shots, golden head shots, or the kill streak numbers. I don't know if it's something I've changed or if it's happening to others too.
What I have done so far:
- Deleted all directories, uninstalled game.
- Downloaded game off Brothersoft because the mirrors don't work.
- Re-installed game.
- Problem not fixed.

Maybe I'm missing some files? Any help would be great.

NOTE: I am NOT talking about kill marks. Those are fine.
EDIT: Was informed that it'll be patched soon. Nothing we/I can do to solve it until then I guess.
