From there, explain to them in more detail, probably in regards to what card you were using, if there was any attempt to contact the card's financial institution (i.e bank)... etc.

Oh and renamed your title to better reflect the topic of discussion.

G4box support told me to email support@buddieshops.com who asked for the last four digits of my credit card, my account name and the amount. Buddieshops, not support resolved this issue for me.

If your using a Credit card i think the limit for a day is 50$ cuz my friend had the same problem bought 50k then got that error waited a day got the other 50k.
