Does it happen 100% of the time?

Only on that map? Mode?

I get it occasionally regardless of map and mode.

every map whit a bomb plant

only on GR side after the bomb is planted
only on BL side when i have the bomb and are in planting range

no i dont have this 100% of the time
but is is pretty common

Same here. It didn't happen to me for pretty long time though.

its happened to me quite a few times as well.... most frequently on Lab.. gets annoying lol

and rammer.... changed your sounds clips ?

Yes I have had this many times but lately I haven't heard it. It will drive you too the looney bin if it lasts awhile.
