So I'm just curious.
I know this game doesn't have the best support but it's been roughly 2 months since I've sent in a support ticket on my main account and I've yet to hear back from anyone. I sent in another ticket last month and it still has not been responded to, what gives?

They've both been untouched. Also, no company should expect their people to wait 2 months for a response, especially for a game like this.
If that's the case, try resending another. Had it been a rather short time period I'd have asked you to wait, but in this case they might need a reminder.

I've sent 2 tickets in 2 months as posted above, that should be enough. Saying "this isn't blizzard support after all" is a bit sad when you think about it. So does Z8 ignore support tickets?
I don't think they ignore tickets, but sometimes questions are out of the scope of the standard support. Where they either can't answer, or they need to find someone else who does, typically when that happens, it can take longer to do so depending on what the issue is.
Generally I found support to answer all questions to them if able. I see no reason why they would ignore it.
