ZP purchuse problems for clan!

My clan leader purchused 2 LT's and +5 clan members item with ZP, but when he tryed to turn it on it says " System error. Try again later." Z8 help us out pls it's been about a week we bought these items and we can't use. Somebody help me out pls!!!

The Clan Item system is going through some changes. However this shouldn't be happening.

Was the ZP taken out of your account?

Clan Items and stuff of this nature should be taken up with the support system.

Please go to support.z8games.com and submit your ticket.
