IVE ALREADY CONTACTED THE SUPPORT CENTER. THIS IS WHAT I SAID:
Look. For about 1 year ago, [I don't know exactly when but I think It was around that time] I were banned for a week. It was for the reason of using illegal program in game. I actually ignored this because of the reason that I didn't care for either ribbons or the situation. Now, I see how wrong this went because I have NEVER ever used any kind of illegal program for the game CrossFire. This is me talking 100% truth. I've never searched for any hacks, I've never downloaded anything, never opened anything to involve problems with the x-trap. So that I've been banned for a reason of hacking that x-trap should have noticed it is just fail. And FYI, I have never given out my information about my account either, That I am 100% sure about as well. This means that the x-trap isnot 100% working [Maybe today it is but not 1 year ago] and that there are/were some gaps like this. I want a proof of me using hack because right now I'm not going to stop fight about this. I've never used any hacks. I should have the honorable ribbon. This is NOT fair. Prove me wrong because once again, I'm 100% sure that I have NEVER used any kind of illegal programs for crossfire. Answer ASAP. Thank you."

THE ANSWER I GOT:
"We are sorry, your account had been closed due to hacking on 2010-12-05, we are unable to restore the ribbon due to hacking related ban.

We will be releasing more ribbons in the near future, please check back for more updates."

So. Once again i say this. I'm a legit player. I don't use hacks. So what the heck happened? Were there alot of hacks to handle on the same time that month one week ago or what else is the problem? Because ATM I know one thing for certain, I was unfair banned.
