OMG!! what happend to all my guns!!

i just logging into crossfire after 2 days of not playing and i come to see that all my guns that i have gotten in the past few days are gone!! omg what happend im so ****ed here are some screen shots to prove it

i also lost a golden ak, golden m4a1, and golden desert eagle and a few more gp crate guns wtf happend to my guns! this is ridiculous i spent over $300 on zp now all the guns i have gotten are gone! can i get a refund? or am i just fcked!

here is a current picture of my account notice the rank has gone up since, and i just bought another 150k zp today and i come on and im missing almost all my guns!

Are you sure they are just in your storage. Cf could have just removed the guns from the bag.
If thats not the case I suggest you send a support ticket in
