Not able to hear game-play sounds.

Hi to all players!

I had a bad issue while I was playing on CF.
I am able to hear the music when I am in the lobby of the game and even able to hear radio messages while playing but I am not able to hear the game-play sound such as bomb explosions, weapon sound, steps sounds or breath. Is there any solution? I'm pretty sure that my sound options are all enabled but I cannot fix the problem.

Here is a screenshot of my options. As you all can see they are all enabled.

Bummer, it's the only solution I could find in the forum...
An other option might be to do a clean install (http://forum.z8games.com/showpost.php?p=2005204&postcount=15), but I'm not sure whether that will fix it

I tried the fresh installation but it did not fix the problem

But i have a problem with crossfire since 3-4 month i hear all sound except footsteps weapown shoot but i hear the music and the sond for Headshot !

My config : Windows Seven X64

I try with seven 32 and 64 bit sound card and change of course I check the options
Also I noticed that I am not the only one searching the forum

Change it to stereo !!

i also have the same problem... i tried every thing no JOY....

At last i found that my Win7 is on 5.1 audio OP. Then i changed to Stereo, after that no problem...

What liars! What idiots!

Sure you have problem with sound, since there is a hack on **** net who advertise about sound error. Look here :

And take a look what coder says: "Wew This is normal Error and every one should have this Error |This Error Causes no Sounds in Game| It's a normal error that every one should not worry"

So, you *****ings idiots, you use hacks ,and than came here to complain about errors. And i can swear, all of you scream you are not ha.cker, you never used some codes. I am glad that u have problems/errors when u use hack. I hope, your computer will blow some day.

did you plug in your speaker?

Did you try restarting Cross Fire or your computer?

You could also tyr n-and re-installing Cross Fire.

I already tried to do the clean installation as adviced on the CF site. But it did not solve the problem.

I took a look and my audio settings are putted to stereo.

I test stereo , install the framewwork , reinstall ,and no sound for weapown and sounds of the characters

Try this...
Get out of the game, go to the bottom taskbar, and right click on the sound.
Choose playback options, then choose speakers or whatever you're using.

Don't work it's bad , i just dont earn weapown sound and character sound

I can not play with no earn footstep ><

Plz search a solution technician of crossfire !
