You are good at maths you can divide yours by three years making what around 4posts a day on average.he can't in 8months or so nearly 4 thousand posts. By next year he will be around 9000 i guess.99percent of it just drivel.But i guess in egypt thats thought of as cool.

You know how normal people grab a mod's or GM's attention?
PM system on the forums, contacting them via xfire/msn/etc, cellphone (they frown upon this one if you are hammered)

Did you try contacting them on MSN or calling their cellphones? Sometimes when I need a moderator right away I call/text cellphones. Try not to do it to often though, as it will annoy them.

1- Cant call them
2- Dont use msn
3- Support just answered 3 of my tickets with the avg anti virus thread
4- They probably dont , iam sure they have more important things to handle like informing the devs about the loading error thingy -
You didn't list AVG as one of the programs you used. Hence further establishing doubt in the validity of your complaints that you lost your Honorable Soldier Ribbon unjustifiably.
Also there is a difference between not being able to do something, and being too lazy to exhaust all necessary means. -

I only exchanged one useful ticket with support in the past year , it was about a refund for a coupon gun , other then that they pretty much send auto replies -
