CF Not Responding

i am new. i download and update game fine. i enter game show 2 men one with dsr and one with handgun. Loading Please wait. i wait 3 sec then the Login screen pop up. i hear music and my mouse moves but i can't type anything. i can't even click exit!. i presss ctrl alt delete. i see CF not responding. i try reinstalling no work. i Play ijji AVA fine. my spec are ok.
