Can't log-in!

Today , i logged in and then got : Error. So my vf window got shut down. Then i tried to open again and get stucked at "Step 4" and then a litle window says:

Failed to connect to server: W{2003}L{0}

Any idea what's going on? also Avast installed on my computer, but I repeat I never had this problem before, any sugestions? thanks in advance.

same thing happened to me too, weird. as well as getting randomly kicked from games because of client errors.
