Clan members can not be "stolen." They can only come of their own volition. Further provided by the fact they must actually request to be included, themselves.

So your thoughts hold no grounds what so over.

I meant by when people are negotiating with them on joining then someone comes and spams there clan and they join theirs.

They still choose to come to ours. They deserve to have all the options. You can't just hog everyone. Not like we complain when people get someone to join them instead of us.
