Sound disrtortion

I have recently started to encounter problems with the music and sound effects of the game.
It is stretched, distorted, and incredibly unbearable. The problems doesn't seem to be of my sound devices as it plays any other audio fine.
Are you also aware of the high intensity of hackers in the game?
