i sent a ticket before 5 days and CF team havent answer yet...wtf why are u so late guys???

- Which information did you provide? (just say the type of info, like "ID", not the actual info itself)

ID/SQ/CREATION DATE/SCREENSHOT and btw i just tried to put the email but it told me WRONG EMAIL FORMAT and i post it as a note...

i ask for the PW...someone took my account...i am not sure but i was to a Net Cafe last week and maybe one of the guy saw my acc...so i am asking for it

What was the IGN?

Have you checked with Contact History? Look for the specific ticket there, then click the View Details?
You may have not realized you've gotten a response...

If you sent it over the weekend period, you can expect a slightly longer wait until they reply to you. Give it another couple of days.

I'm not sure support even deals with PW requests... They have the ID/PW recovery after all. Have you tried using that one already?

i dont have the email...i just put the email i think it is as an additional information...when they logged into my account they changed everything...i dont know how they did it...the guy who found my SQ has to know my whole family...i dont know who did that...

If someone changed everything, I'm not sure if you can provide enough details to prove the account was actually yours to begin with...

when i say everything i just mean the PW and The email...i provide the SQ/CREATION DATE/IP/ID/SCREENSHOT and one email that i am not sure if it is right...but i dont have answer...the ticket still open :S

Why do they even waste time making a support ticket page when they don't give no support?
Worst support? do they even got ANY support? i sent a support ticket and waited 2 days i check if i got response,and i got nothing so i sent it again and AGAIN NOTHING from none after about 2 weeks MEH RAIG AT DEH SUPPORT!!!
