I am banned from crossfire for no reason!

Hello people,

I was in a game and i got a message saying "Failed to connect to host" so i pressed ok and i got another message saying "Hack tool detected" , and i didn't have any hacks on because i don't hack. So i turned on crossfire again to play and it says " You have been banned from the server for 0days and 0 hours". I am really frustrated right now as i am a legit player, you can check how much i have spent on my acc by looking at my guns (http://clan.z8games.com/charstat_cf.aspx?usn=7260930) so what should i do now? and if a moderator is viewing this please reply, thank you.
And also if i were a hacker my k/d wouldn't be so bad :/

    To add to this i just recognised i have lost a ribbon :( (The honorable soilder one) i hope someone helps me as soon as possible.

    The banned for 0 days, 0... doesn't mean you are actually banned. It's just that you tried to log in too fast after getting disconnected. If you log in a few minutes later, you will see that you are not banned.
    This also doesn't cost you your Honorable Soldier ribbon. I just looked at your account and the ribbon is still there... It's in the red square
