I have received a mistaken message while I'm opening crossfire that's says i blocked for 0 day- 0 hour - 0 minute ... and I'm not hacker.. and I've lost my Ribbon ""honorable soldier "

If you get banned for any reason, you lose the ribbon, as simple as that.

The 0 day 0 hours 0 minute doesn't cost you your ribbon.
I'd say you already lost it before getting the error.
How long ago did this happen?

Besides, if you already contacted support, why make a thread here? All we would say was "message support". (and suspect that you lost the ribbon before getting the 0 days message)
