Looking for a Clan

Gameplay Information.
-ING: ]uGp[Stryker
-KDR: 1.82
-Active: Yes (4-5 hours a day).
-Vent or Mumble: I use Both.
-Main Weapon: M4 & AK 47

I'm looking for a clan that at least have good players and most important Vent or Mumble. Reason, because I don't like to use team chat in game while I'm in a clan war, I find it very stupid.
