hey i just recently ranked up to sergrant and i wanted to buy zp but it still says that im not high enough rank and it still shows my previous rank, please update and improve your updating thing thank you.

The site always takes some time to update, just be patient and get the zp tomorrow. And I'm pretty sure the mall takes the same info that is displayed on the site.

but when i go to 'my account' it says my ign and my character rank which is sergrant but its still not allowing me -.-

Hmm...been looking around on the website and I can't find any mention of the rank requirement to buy ZP.
Forum search gave me these 2 threads though:

Both list Sergeant as minimum level to spend ZP, but they also say that you should be able to buy ZP at any time, no matter what your rank is.
Does the mall just say that your rank is not high enough or is a needed rank specified?

When I just began playing CF I couldnt buy ZP till I was Sergeant.

Well, then it seems there is a problem with his account.... Send a ticket to support about the problem.

Pretty sure you have to get to Staff Sergent. The bars underneath the Sergent rank I don't believe count as levels.
