I dont know my e-mail or security answer

To find out your security question and answer:

4. I forgot the answer to my security question.
The only way to retrieve the answer to your security question is to submit a support ticket containing all the information you entered during the registration process, in addition to your registered email address. This is in order to verify your identity. Be warned, the process of retrieving the answer to your security question can take time.

That means that you'll need to know your e-mail adress before you can possibly retrieve your security answer. Getting your e-mail is harder: your only option is to guess. You can't start spamming support with all of your possible e-mails, so you'll have to find out which one is the right one.
Step 1: Determine the amount of accounts you have. If you have 1, you're in luck.
Step 1a: If you have more accounts, hope you know the e-mail of all other accounts (or at least the password to that e-mail)
Step 2: Go here: http://www.z8games.com/lost_id_password.aspx
Step 3: Write down all your former and current e-mail adresses
Step 4: Try your e-mail adresses one by one. If it says that the e-mail adress is not in their database, it was not used for (one of) your account(s). As soon as it says that a mail has been sent with the login details, you know that you used that one.
Step 5: If you have only one account, you now know the used e-mail and you can mention it in your support ticket to get your security answer. If you have multiple accounts, you'll need to know the password of the e-mail to make sure it was the e-mail of the correct account. (Which is why 1a would be useful)

You won't be able to retrieve your security answer until you find out what your e-mail is... So if you're clueless about your e-mail, you're out of luck.
