They have blocked your Region from playing NA Crossfire. Now if you do not live in the Red Spots then do as this Thread says

You can't use the account on CrossFire because the games restrictions only allow for regions that Z8 have the license for or for regions other publishers don't have the license for, your country is not one of them. Try searching for CrossFire EU on google.
