X-trap error 30-0400-00000000-505

I have been getting this error from last week. It won't even let me enter the game. Yes I have already tried all (yes I tried everything) of the common solutions but no luck. Is it being caused by the .dll mentioned here?

Anyone in the know, exactly which .dll is it? Is there anyway to fix it? When can I expect xtrap to solve this problem? It's really annoying.
