Well, at this point the low rank would still have the chance to realize that Crossfire isn't such a good gameor just a kid with skill...
But at staff sergeant or lower you level up pretty fast and normally I start hitting f11 when their score is at least 7-0. I think this is pretty fair because if their rank was higher I would never hit f11 because of their kd. -

so having different rules for different people is now counted as "fair"...?
ok...sounds like 'murica logic to me...
bt ANYWHO...it depends HOW they're doing it, some are good, some are dodgy, some are annoying, some are alts...so it depends on the situ... -
if im getting killed in base then i auto F11 without looking but if nobody is obviosly hacking then i dont even vote i carry on playing ( kick vote is very distracting and i understand what u mean i get kicked too much too so resorted to badge farming "/ )

I always base the kick off of if I see 100% undeniable proof of hacking.
But he does have a point about most hackers being low ranked.
As much as people will deny it X-trap does eventually ban hackers, usually just takes a week or two. And most hackers just make a new account and either switch to a different hack or wait for a new one to appear.
Assuming the average EXP gain a day is at 5,000 points and it takes about 14 days before they get banned again, they will be able to get around 70,000 EXP on the account average.
According to the rank guide: http://crossfire.z8games.com/guide_ranking_petty_officer.aspx
70,000 EXP would put them at around Staff Sergeant 6 to SFC 1.
This is why its rare to see high rank hackers.
Staff Sergeant 1 needs 17,785 EXP. Or about 3-5 days of play.
SFC 1 needs 78,661 EXP or 14-18 days of play.
Master Sergeant1 needs 174,421 EXP or 30-38 days of play. (They would of been banned by now by X-trap, usually)
The sheer number of low ranks I see hack accusing and saying what type of hack the accused has suggest most of them aren't new to the game. (They know the terminology)
By my estimates only about 20% of low rank players are new players. The rest had to either remake a account because they lost the old one or are either playing on alts.
Since Staff sergeant only takes 5 days of play to reach, most accounts should be at this level yet the majority are lower then Staff sergeant. The only logical explanation is that most players are quitting or losing their accounts before Staff Sergeant and somehow new accounts are able to match the loss rate EXACTLY. -

I agree with everything you said but to make it more realistic i have to let you know that the average exp gain for a player is about 2.5 K a day , unless they are pretty good at fps games (most people arent) -

Keep in mind with hacks, its easier to get high EXP amounts.
EXP is based of kills, and most hackers will get a lot of kills quickly depending on the hack.
More and faster kills equals more EXP per game. -
I only do so in "hacker free" times. Because otherwise you will most likely keep one of 2 (maybe 3) hackers in your room because you are unable to spectate them all.I always base the kick off of if I see 100% undeniable proof of hacking.
Of course I make exception from time to time. If there is a staff sergeant who acts mature and tries to explain himself in proper English then he most likely doesn't hack. But when I read "fdp lixo, you noob" then chances are high that I am the one who initiates the kick
Edit:
Btw, masterghosts are back. -
Nope , they were always around moving around invisible and ultra fast , its fun to kill them with shotguns after they slash you once
im too slow, most of them i met had speedslash or whatever its called and backreaped me before i was half around. -.-´ -
I think the game is in a decent state at the moment. A few cheaters here and there, but no different than any other game. New content coming out every few weeks. Some stability/maintenance patches, and a presence of GMs/Mods on the forums. Overall I would grade it a B+.
The vote kick system isn't your personal vigilante justice tool, it is a democratic way of deciding who is allowed to play in rooms. If the "hacker" called a vote to kick you, I have a right to be able to press f11 irregardless of anything you do/say. The beauty of vote systems is that no reasons/excuses/support tickets needed, all that is important is a simple yes or no.
I agree
the game is fine.
it's the community that needs fixing.
take a bunch of hackers, some lazy kids who rely on hackers for petty mission rewards and a few little brats who like to exercise their "rights" with no moral compass, stick them in to a "democratic system"
the final result is pretty messed up (play on alpha for 15 minutes and you'll see what I mean)
