Take it up with their support.

Specifically, go to the Deposit page, then Earn Free ZP, agree to the release of liability box, then click on Super Rewards.

On the right hand side as an orange button that says: Get Help.

From there, you can see what offers you've done and all that.
But no matter, click again on the "Help" link (or also the ? icon beneath it).

After reviewing the FAQ, click on "Continue to the offer inquiry page".

Fill out your email and a brief description on what the problem is.

Fill out the web captcha phrase and click Submit.

If you have any problems, I'm sorry, but you would have to receive help on THEIR end.
