blank...zp crate outcome?

i had only 1000 zp i bought 1 crate and this is what it gave me...and it said i still had that one crate left but ive read so many charge back stuff on these forms so i didnt spin again.. what do i do?

then it still says i have 1

that is a VERY old bug... didnt think it still happened. ask a GM.

I lost 3 mauser crates because of it and never got em back
Just re-log in to fix it

ive had this happen on D.E scope crates, but i got the crates back...

When the characters come up that means you lost connection while you were spinning, or so I've heard.

Shouldn't losing connection make the items automatically appear in your storage though?

Not always, sometimes the items won of that crate appear in storage and sometimes you don't lose the crate and u can spin it again !

ive had it a few times - main cause is server lag//bad connection.

does NOT count as a crate being opened, so feel free to spin it.

Here's some clarification.

The disclaimer on the crates that "three random items [meaning even the prize gun is a possibility] will be added to your storage" implies that if you shut off your client [such as using Control + Alt + Delete and using Task Manager, your account will receive said items.

Now, with that error, Gunsman is right, it has to do with your connection with the server. Those items you're getting are the default items codes, probably a pre-set default code such as "DEFAULT". When you lose connection with the server temporarily, the code of your random prize does not get sent back by the server, therefore the system just gives you defaults and doesn't take the crates.

I may be wrong, but I'm fairly certain on this hypothesis.

well ive had this several times (prob bwt 15) in the last year...and never had a chargeback...so yeah....

i had similiar bug when i did won my m4a1e but connection didnt lost at all maybe its a bug.

Happened to me last week and i re logged and my crates was the same so as GodsGunman and Hi said it was a temp connection error

Its a glitch on your connection, I have gotten it once or twice so I had to restart CF.

u either disconnected or had lag or just alt tabbed into another window.. this happened to me before, and after the lag is gone or i click back to the window, it goes back to normal.
