Unable to use Team chat or Clan chat

I recently just got a new laptop, and the buttons used for team chat and clan chat are used for something on my computer. F3 is Wifi button , F4 screen Brightness. Is there any way i can change the buttons?

D'you have a Fn button on your keyboard? Try pressing that & F3/F4/etc.

or if u don't want to use the fn key u can go to Windows Mobility Center and change it to function key rather than multimedia key.
