i can't earn free zp with superRewards ... pls help me
I need these ZP :'(

    If you have problems with getting the ZP from surveys, you have to contact the survey provider. In your case, contact the superrewards support.

    So on the superrewards page, press the orange 'Get Help'. It will show a list of all surveys you started and their status. If you are certain that you completed one of them, but it doesn't say it is completed, click 'Help' behind that survey. Read the page you get and if that doesn't solve your problem, click 'Continue to the offer inquiry page' on the bottom. There you can fill out the needed information. If they find that you did indeed complete the survey, you will get your reward. If you have not enough proof or you did not complete it as you should, you still get nothing.

    i have used the earn free points thing sometimes and noticed it will only work on some browsers i would suggest using internet explorer as it is a popular browser that should support surveys [(example)- needed to install a toolbar but google chrome cant, so survey thing failed]

    Ok. I understand the issue. There are meny issues these past few days related to the reward issue. Cn you please contact the company or z8 games.
