Can't log into my Account!
Hey guys,
i have tried a few times to log into my account http://clan.z8games.com/charstat_cf.aspx?usn=1421889
I just can't log into. I know about the Region info but the account is almost 4 years old and the character is more then 2 years old.
Also i did invest alot of money, as you can see at the weapons.
I want to be able to play with my account damn.
Problem on pics below.

Have you tried actually pressing OK?
Have you given your account information to anyone else? Could you have a virus or a keylogger on your computer? Could you have entered in your information on a website other than z8games.com looking for free zp or free items?
This is not a ban message, this message is displayed when the account is already logged in. In some cases a disconnect or lag can cause this issue as well.
Try pressing OK, if someone is on the account it will kick them off and log you in.
If you then get disconnected, then it probably means someone else has the account information.
You will need to then change the info by proving you were the owner/creator of the account to http://support.z8games.com. We will investigate the case and determine the best course of action. Please note that sharing accounts is against the rules, and if we find that the account was shared or that more than 1 person can prove the information there will be nothing more that we can do for either people.Hey guys,

Bans are handed out when the support deal with them (if you were reported), doesn't matter if you were online or not.
ok so tell me now, why the stupid (sorry for this word) support sending me back here?
I made same pics and this is not my only account which is "bugged"
I have 3 accounts and just 1 of them is working the other 2 are "bugged"
And this account right now is my main account, so i have a right to play on it, and im sure there is no1 else in my account and using hacks or whatever.
i just got banned one time, cause of problems with item mall but we solved that!
I already pressed "Ok" after this msg. but the 2nd screenshot doesnt appear in this thread.
and once again, NO1 else got my details. and like i said, thats not the only account which got this problem!

Well if it's giving the error above of the id already being logged in then it's not for hacking so i'm not quite sure why it's giving that. -
man your so rude and yes hes right if you get this message it means your banned permannent or temporary for some reasen and if your so rude no ll help you.
to add something if you reloggin and still get the same message it means your banned and if you loggin on the site a message will pop up and say your banned for some reasen for example chargeback or any other reasen and it ll tell you that you have been perm banned or for some temporary time. -

I just DID what the support told me.
And yea i dont care if im rude or not, im just angry about that "reason" which is getting told me. And if im banned, why can i log into my account on Z8games page?
There is no "error" which says, "your account has been blocked" -

Your account is closed due to you having some problems from the Metin2 side, you need to open a ticket with Metin2 and once you answer a few questions from them they will unblock your account.
Until then the account will remain this way.
