The numbers you mention aren't as drastic as you might think. However the problem arises because there are so many posting and posting completely different things. For example, even in this thread someone has posted saying they are trying to play the game and its slow. But we've determined that the issue wasn't affecting gameplay (or chat etc) and that it was just the menus, selecting things, equipping weapons that kind of thing.

The language and comprehension issue is one we have to deal with. We cannot simply hit panic buttons every time one person has an issue. The game for the most part functions fine.

We've had people complain about other versions, say for example CF EU, even though we have nothing to do with them. Or people reporting slowness and problems loading the game. And after going back and forth 40 times it turns out their pc didn't even meet the minimum requirements to run the game.

We determined there was some issues last night, but could only see them (at the time) on Bravo. Our servers get restarted regularly so at first this wasn't considered as a possible solution. But after looking at it, it was a logical start.

The server restart across the board seems to have fixed the problem on our end. We've connected through internal connections and external and we don't seem to see any issues with the type of slowness people were reporting earlier yesterday and through the weekend.


The point being of asking for more information, relevant or not, is to get as much information as we can from the start. Rather than having to field questions about why someone's computer isn't working and then determine it's because they unplugged the power cable.

Wasn't his internet speed or ram it was the servers, the problem has been fixed due to z8 shutting the servers down for 5-10 minutes and bringing them back up.
