A friend of mine has her account blocked for 0 Days 0 hours 0 minutes, i saw this problem before on the forums that happened to other players ... u guys have any sugestion?

should i tell her to send a support ticket or just wait?

Happened to me once as well. Just wait a bit and you can log in normally again. Never had any problems with it afterwards (and also still have my honorable ribbon)

just relog it happened to me once after i lost internet connection
