Male Asian Character and a Russian female character

There is no male Asian character in the North American version yet at the same time there are two female Asian characters, SPOP and the Malaysian officer.

So to be more balanced we can have a male Asian character, and a hot female Russian character like the female villain in the movie "Ghost Protocol".

I have heard of the Chinese Snow Leopard, I think they look awesome, and Asians are not presented by females only.
