So yeah, just got the Problem, while i was buyin Crates, that i had 40 K zp. - After like 20 Crates i got the "Failed to purchase this item" - Then i checked, i got 50 Crates. - 40 k are enough for 50 Crates. - so if i spin them now, can they just take the ZP that didnt got sold now?

Sorry, i am pretty ****ed, that i cant formulate anything right.

Happened before,it's a bug.just don't spin that crates,relog and if u still have them then send a support ticket.cuz mine disappeared when i relogged.

I still have enogh ZP to pay them. I did send in a Support ticket, that they need to take, the required amount of ZP from my account to pay it off.

(Can i spin them under these Circumstances?)

EDIT: Seriously. I just got another 10 Crates. what the hell is happening?

Highly doubt that.

Pretty sure they would only suspend accounts for charge-back if Z8 has to pay real money. Like reimbursing survey companies and credit card companies.

Just saw it. - My 40 K ZP are still missing. - And i only got like 6k from them. (Maybe they already deducted it from the crates the bug created?)

Lol, what a lucky ! you still want the 40k zp ?! xD u already benefited of this bug and u got 60 crates and as saidin said, it's his gift to u

Still, its a gift xD - So its free xD - I should get my 40k because of that. xD ( i didnt get something good out of these crates, so its reasonable xD)

if u kept pressing buy and getting this error, u would get unlimited amount of crates

I know. - But i was too scared of the fact, that i would get a chargeback xD
