Take my money you ****e game

You'll find out its the banks fault, i had this problem over and over and then i got a call from the bank saying i entered the wrong info and my card was blocked, ring them.

Sometimes there is a perfectly illogical explanation. I tried buying a $25 UGC from Playspan and had it denied. I called my bank to see why they refused. They had no record of it being presented. I put in a support ticket with Playspan. They told me that I was possibly:

-You are sending your payment behind a proxy
-You have exceeded the amount of payments you are able to send in a specific period of time
-You have exceeded the dollar amount you are able to send in a specific period of time
-Your card is being used to make payments for more than one account
-You have exceeded the amount of cards you are able to use towards one account
- Your payment and billing address information is incorrect

None of which was accurate. Then I was told:

Thank you for your email. For security reasons we are unable to give specific details on payment restrictions. Your payments have been denied as your billing address and computer's IP Address are too far apart. You will not be able to bypass this specific payment restriction. You may want to select a different payment method for this account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Naturally this makes no sense as I cannot control what AT&T assigns me for my DSL connection. Basically, I will never purchase UGC online or in store because of this policy of theirs that makes no sense. I am perfectly content to not give them some of the $1200 I had budgeted this year for entertainment.

I agree that the game is poorly managed...

buying zp uses 3rd party software - this IS NOT UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF Z8.

raise a support ticket, they will refer you to the correct people to complain to, and then let it get sorted.

when did you deposit the money?

have you got proof of purchase (i.e. did you save your receipt?)

Save your money if you have no interest in the game.
