    Accounts will be re-opened if you return the full amount owed and follow all the necessary steps.
    To know what these steps are and if you've complied fully, submit a support ticket.
    In the same ticket, once confirmed that you've done everything you have to, ask them to open the account, or why its not opened yet.



    Whether or not 215 USD is something you want to pay to play a free game is a decision you have to make though.

    I threw, but unfortunately do not respond to a service ticket have terrible slow..
    I would like to refund me my money back.thoroughly and put off this game..and now leave the playing..

    How can you ask for a refund of something you owed them in the 1st place? I had 1 2 years ago and as soon as your payment clears they re-open account.
