No ZP After Purchasing :(

Just bought 50k ZP via PlaySpan last night. I paid for PlaySpan bc Z8 won't accept my any of my Visa cards for some reason. After redeeming ESN code from PlaySpan email into my account, I got a message says "ESN code is used!". I contacted PlaySpan as well as writing Z8 a support ticket about this problem. Today PlaySpan emailed me back and said "We're glad that Z8 has confirmed that your ESN code was successfully redeemed into your CF account "ticross****". And... Zp is not in my account yet.
After chatting to PlaySpan support last night I also tried purchasing another 20k ZP directly on CF site with my credit card. It successfully charged my card, but again there's no ZP or BP at all.
Is that the common issue these days? Last time I bought ZP around a week ago and everything was just fine...
Look to hear from Z8 or GM as soon as possible, I hate waiting :(

    Im not quite sure this is possible... I would SS the email, your zp transaction list, and take a picture of your credit card statement where it says youve been charged... I would also recommend waiting 48 hours before doing anything, it might just show up on your acc sometime soon...

    Is this like a patch issue? I seen some other guys had the same problem posted on here.
