Whoever can tell me what this is exactly and where it can be found in the game will get an invaluable prize of virtual cookies. I realize that it's a lot and everything, but I wanted to be nice.

The following is strictly related to CF, it is found in game, on most S&D/GM maps and it's something you see often. So, here it is:
