Zp purchase problem

Over 24 hours ago i purchased ZP through the BOKU SMS payment method, i still haven't received the ZP. I'm unable to do a support ticket because BOKU SMS isn't under the payment method options. Help please

Hmm yes you are right there is no option for boku on the support form

You could just try putting one of the other methods and putting in caps at the beginning of the comments part that it is boku and there is no option for that. Or even possibly message saidin about it because there should be an option for boku there, its a quick fix to add that option so just give him a message about it.

I do believe it has somethen to do with z8. I as well as 1 other haveing the same prob. Only dif is I bought mine from ultimate game card . And the other got it straight from the web sight. I can't use my bonus points as well.
