X-Trap code field 30-0400-00000000-518 error

I searched this forum many times for a solution to this error, but found nothing.
I also saw many topics with no answer. Please don't ignore and help.

I am running windows 7, X-Trap files are on exception list of Firewall.
I disabled the antivirus, no program is interfering with crossfire and I stopped all the running background programs, and STILL not working.

This could be related to 1 of two things. these can't guarantee a solution though.

1) You are running some sort of macro program while the game (x-trap) is loading.

2) You have a virus related to a previous hack or program on your computer.

Disabling your anti virus is a recommended procedure during download and installation of the game files. Adding the game files to the exception list should be fine. You should be able to re-enable your AV after that fact. However, you may want to scan your computer for viruses or previous hack files and remove the trouble files.

Thanks alot GM. I scanned my system and CF is working perfectly. Thanks again.
FYI, I've never used a hack before.
