Z8 broke?!!!!
So usen ultimate game card I bought 20k zp. Went to z8 and applied the code like always. Nothen happen no zp or anything. So I Tryed again and it gave me error saying code had already been used. So before I sent a ticket I want to make sure my info was update. So I check. My email was wrong so I went to update. Got the email to confirm click link and a Nother error basically saying couldn't update email. Ok so then just to see I Tryed to buy 6 crates usen my bounce points to see what would hap to get a failed MSG again. Also while playing the game it lags in the lobby horribly. Wtf is going on??

Z8games is a gaming company , the lag doesn't it has nothing to do with them ,that is your ISP provides you internet service.
I could see that being true though I'm running at 50- 60 ping on all games . Apparently half my guild is haven the same problem as me in the lobby none of witch us the same ISP as me. I was able to update my email address finale. I try again to use my bounc points only to still get an error MSG. Somethen isn't right with the game. I've had a few people claiming to have the same problems as me. Some clam to to try and buy. Crates from the black market to get a error MSG come back and have all there zp but yet in there owned crates they have a ton of free ones now. I don't have any lag issues at all with any other game. In a game I'm running great 50 ping 140 fps lobby just suxs. -
I had already logged out already it was yesterday. What happen was I put the ultimate game card code I got from the sight like I always do. First time it look like it was loading it after I hit submit. Then I check my balance and nothing. So I Tryed again. This time I get a error MSG saying somethen to the effect that the sn had already been used.

However we did experience some site difficulties this morning. Most of which have been corrected. As mentioned though, there's never any harm with sending in a support ticket to ask what happened, or whats up with your payment.

@OP I would try to send a support ticket. Normally you dont get help on the forums.
