I haven't received a WHICH SIDE ARE YOU ON? ribbon

There currently is a problem with the Rival Factions: everyone ends up in the GR team, no matter which side they chose. Until this problem is fixed (estimated in 1 or 2 months), you won't recieve the ribbon for joining one of the sides. After it is fixed, you can join a side again and receive your ribbon for it. Rival Factions missions will also continue then.

Like I said, you won't receive the ribbon until the problem is fixed and you join a side. So just wait until there's an announcement that the Rival Factions is fixed and that people can choose sides again. Then pick a side and you can get the ribbon. Until then, you can't, no matter what your profile says.
