how to join a clan match in progress

How do u join a clan match in progress a member in my clan did this when he got d/c and I see people doing this all the time how is this possible?

You have to join in between the time when the last round of the first half ends, and the game results screen. Spam the room as soon as it turns blue (waiting).

Don't lie slayer xD

I even remember a whole team rage quitting when we were waiting for the second half in lobby, and then this random dude joined and the game started 4v1 and he was like WTF?!!

We were like lol.

I tired joining during the half time not long ago after I dced in the first half and it didn't work o.O Presumed it was no longer available or something

It seems to work only half the time. I've had clanmates join at halftime, while other clanmates were spamming the hell outta the room and they wouldn't be able to get it.

we were once doing a 5v5 in a 14 room, and at half time, 2 of our clan managed to get in...

we made them leave though...

it mostly works with 16 players rooms i guess.
i always rejoin 16 players room when i DC before the half.
