Account blocked for chargeback

I bought zp the other day it never came through on my account but charged me money. I sent support tickets to Z8 and Paypal no responses... I have nothing left to do this was 3 days ago when this happened. I've tried alot of things.

do u still have the transaction codes?
if u do u can send a support ticket, they will check it and tell u something

Yes i have the codes. I have sent two already. to paypal and z8

perhaps it was a z8 problem caused by the server instability ask about that in your tickets maybe
